Tourism in a Changing World: Prospects and Challenges
An abstract of between 200 and 300 words should be submitted by 20th of June 2009. The abstract should include title, name(s) of author(s), affiliations, postal and e-mail addresses. It should also clearly state the format of presentation (oral, poster or virtual). Abstract must be typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font, single spacing with justified alignment. Abstracts should be submitted only via e-mail (as MS-Word attachment) to: kostas.andriotis@ntu.ac.uk.
Final papers for Proceedings should be 3 - 4 pages (Proceedings Paper Template). Once the paper is accepted at least one of the authors must register for the conference. Details of the required format for full papers will be displayed on this website as soon as they are available.
Abstracts of all papers presented at the conference will appear
in a book of abstracts volume and there will be an edited volume of
Conference Proceedings with ISBN. In addition, papers presented at the conference can be
considered for publication in special issues/volumes or sections of
journals:

All abstracts and papers accepted for presentation will peer reviewed in a double blind review process.

Today, Kos is one of the most touristic places in Greece. The fact that the climate is mild most of the year, taken together with the long hours of sunshine, the vast beaches, the enormous historical interest and the attractiveness of the city of Kos have gradually raised the island to the level of an international tourist centre.
